Shipping terms

Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. The final cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

• The delivery is free on all orders above 299€. 
• We offer DHL Express delivery up to 2-4 bussiness days and DHL Standard delivery up to 5-8 bussiness days for all international orders.
• We guarantee no additional duties and taxes on delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

If you want to return an order, please send an email to customersupport@paramidonna.com, specifying the problem/refund you want to proceed with. We will provide you with the needed transport documents after approval.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of shipment with refund. Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags. 

We do not offer refunds returns after 14 days of receipt.

Refund process takes between 5-10 bussiness days from the date of receipt of the returned item to our wherehouse. The amount will be refunded on the credit/debit card PayPal you made the order with.
