Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

All original tags and packaging must be included

Products must be returned in their original condition

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, perfume, stains, or use may not qualify for a refund
Non-Returnable Items :
Please note that items purchased during promotional campaigns or discounted by 20% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Returns Within Europe & Switzerland
For customers located within Europe and Switzerland:

Return shipping costs are covered by us

Any applicable customs duties or handling fees are also covered by us

Once the returned item has been received and approved by our quality control team, the refund process will begin
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Returns Outside the European Union
For international customers outside the EU, we currently offer two return options:
Option 1 – Store Credit
Customers may choose to receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
Benefits of this option include:

Customs duties covered by us

Credit valid for 6 months from the original purchase date
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
Option 2 – Refund to Original Payment Method
Customers may also request a direct refund instead of store credit.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or courier handling fees related to the return are also the responsibility of the customer. Basically all customs duties,import taxes and return shipping cost are within 80 - 100 USD.

These costs may be deducted from the final refunded amount.
Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return and refund to be fully processed.

Bank/payment provider processing time
Once approved, funds may take up to 7 additional business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.
