Pre-Order policy

What is a pre-order?

The pre-order item is an item which you have the chance to purchase in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. It means that the item is still in production and will be shipped immediately when is available. PARAMIDONNA offers the option of pre-orders. Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates.

How do I pay my pre-order?

Payment is required at the time of the purchase. The total amount of the order will be charged once at check-out.

When will I receive my pre-order product/s?

The estimated delivery date for each particular item will be located on the product page underneath the product description.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Normally, we do not accept cancellation of pre-orders and they are final sale.

Can I amend my order?

Yes, simply contact us on e-mail: office@paramidonna.com and we will gladly make the changes for you. Please, note that we can not cancel the order, but only amend the size or the color.

Can I return my pre-ordered order?

All items can be returned if they meet our Return Policy requirement. Cancellations are not allowed.
