FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS ABOVE 300€
We process all orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1- 2 business days for order processing.
- The delivery is free on orders above 300€.
- We offer express deliveries for 48 hours with a fixed shipping cost of 25€.
If we are unable to send your package due to high demand, you will be notified by phone or e-mail. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
For products purchased from our online website, we will be happy to exchange or refund goods within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that the items should be unworn, unwashed and in the condition they were purchased, including all packaging. There should be no wear or marks on either the inner or outer soles. Please ensure all labels and hygiene tags are still in place – we are only able to process a refund if the swimwear is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent out.
For all standard orders, before returning an item, please contact us via e-mail: office@paramidonna.com and we will guide you through the returning process.
For all express orders, customers may use the returns label sent out with your original order. Kindly keep your return tracking number.
Once we receive the product/s back, a refund will be issued and the money will be transferred back to your PayPal or Credit/Debit card within 14 business days. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that do not meet the above mentioned criterias.
Should you receive a faulty item, do not hesitate to contact us on: office@paramidonna.com and specify the problem by attaching photos. We are unable to accept returns for items which have been worn.
